We're actively recruiting for the following positions:
Part-Time Warehouse Assistant / Order Processor
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to maintain our warehouse and carry out the processing/ dispatching of sales orders to our UK and overseas for our family run equestrian business.
The person
Computer literate with strong attention to detail. Work well on their own and as part of a team. Experience of equestrian disciplines would be advantageous.
- Relevant experience which reflects the role.
- Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and customers.
- Be a team player.
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new technology.
- Previous use of CRM software would be advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of equestrian disciplines would be advantageous but not essential.
The Role
Day to day activities will include the following:
· Processing picking, packing and shipping orders.
· Answering telephone and email enquiries.
· Unpacking deliveries. (this can be physical)
· Maintain stockroom standards in line with company expectations.
· Regularly replenish stock to ensure that all lines are in their relevant bays
· Regular stock counting.
· Monitoring status of goods and informing customers of any delays.
· Repackaging products.
· Auditing customers website for product errors.
· Process returns.
Full training will be provided, however experience of order processing in an office environment would be preferred.

Salary: £10.00-£12.50 per hour depending on age / experience
