Order before 13:30 GMT will be despatched on the same day (UK only). International orders placed before 10:30am GMT will be despatched on the same day.
Any orders placed after this point will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Thursday only. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be despatched on the following Monday).

- Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
- Deliver my package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
- Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point: Hold for Collection.
- Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days.
ON-DEMAND DELIVERY will provide you with email/ SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time.
When the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment.
If you require different shipping options, please visit our online stockists for alternative costs and shipping options.Please note, if your order is travelling abroad, you may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible any further customs duties and taxes applied.
